Perched atop Spring Mountain in Napa Valley, Paloma Vineyard is a small, family-owned estate winery dedicated to crafting expressive, estate-grown wines that reflect the character of the mountain. Founded in 1983, Paloma has earned an international reputation for its Merlot, including Wine Spectator’s 2003 Wine of the Year, while remaining committed to hands-on farming, thoughtful winemaking, and personal hospitality. Today, owner and winemaker Sheldon Richards works alongside his son, Caston, continuing the family’s tradition of producing limited-production wines that showcase the unique terroir of Spring Mountain.
